About Us

BlueStone Catering is owned by husband and wife team Glenn and Becky Noffsinger. As Executive Chef and Operations Manager, Glenn oversees each event from start to finish. Becky works behind the scenes in Finance and Marketing capacities.

 

Glenn is a Northern Michigan native, growing up in Elberta and graduating from Traverse City High School. He spent 10 years "downstate" in the Grand Rapids metro area, honing his culinary skills at Egypt Valley Country Club, the Arboreal Inn, and finally spending a year at Guiding Light Mission as Food Services Director.

Becky grew up on her family's dairy farm in Southwest Michigan and earned a degree in Horticulture from Michigan State University. After working both in the field and for a horticultural marketing firm, she enjoys applying her knowledge of food from the producer's perspective to the family business.
